The Municipal Chief Executive for Savelugu, Hon. Alhassan Fuseini, together with the Hon. Northern Regional Minister and Deputy Administrator of GETFUND, Hon. Alhassan Sualehu Dandawa, will jointly cut the sod tomorrow, 16th May 2026, for the construction of 7 GETFUND-funded projects across the municipality.
Time: 10:00Am.
The projects are aimed at expanding access to quality education and improving learning conditions for pupils and students in both urban and rural communities.

Construction of a 2-storey school building in Savesss
Construction of a 12-unit classroom block in Pontass, Pong Tamale
Construction of a 6-unit classroom block with a 6-seater toilet facility at Pong Tamale Experimental School
Construction of a 6-unit classroom block in Yiziegu
Construction of a 6-unit classroom block in Moglaa
Construction of a 3-unit classroom block in Duko
Construction of a 3-unit classroom block
