The MCE of the Savelugu municipality has addressed the participants after the National sanitation day clean up exercise. He urged every community and it’s inhabitants to take the clean up exercise very seriously as diseases no know boundaries.He said the president is so passionate about the national sanitation day that he entreated every Ghanaians patake in the exercise especially clean your frontage mantra. He further stated that the clean up exercise should not be related to politics in any way because diseases don’t know ndc or npp. He indicated that bye laws and regulations would soon be gazetted for implementation to take care of the reculstrants in the communities. He concluded by saying that the Assembly is in a process of procuring sanitation to support the exercise .He thanked all and sundry for their participation in the exercise
